Specialist Renewals

JOB DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for all Global Support Center client renewals from initial contact to contract signature.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Create individual client plans for renewal engagement
  • Initiate, manage, and close contract renewal conversations
  • Identify additional renewal opportunities, term length, solution set, etc.
  • Interact with client contacts including administrators, legal departments, procurement, and senior level HR and/or IT owners
  • Identify cross sell opportunities during renewal process
  • Manage multiple contract renewals simultaneously
  • Understand recruitment, on boarding, and performance management process and technology
  • Document renewal processes
  • Identify renewal process efficiencies


 RequirementsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Need exceptional business acumen
  • Proven success in selling to existing client base
  • Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands and business requests
 

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years experience, with at least 2 years of client relations and/or sales experience required
