Job Duties & Responsibilities: • PeopleSoft Upgrade (Tools and App) experience is a must , preferably 9.1 experience desired with HCM.
• Expert in configuring Change Assistant and upgrade processes.
• Experience installing new modules like TAM/CGI into the existing PeopleSoft system.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Client, PeopleTools, App Server, BEA WebLogic/Tuxedo/Jolt, Process Schedulers, Change Assistant, App Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Crystal Enterprise & nVision
• Experience in installing PeopleSoft in Virtual environments and involved in major application and tools upgrades
• Plan and manage the installation of application patches, projects, tools, maintenance release on development , test, QA and production environments
• Work with developers and end- users to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems and deliver recommendations in an efficient mannerRequired Skills: • 7+ years of PeopleSoft System Administration/Upgrade Specialist role experience
• Bachelors Degree required
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Upgrade Assistant and Change Assistant tools.
• Required to have performed a complete major application upgrade and tools upgrade in HCM version 8.9 or higher as well as PeopleTools 8.4x or higher
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.4x and 8.5x
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft reporting tools and technologies (PS QUERY, XMLP reports, SQR, Crystal Reports, nVision)
