Duties include:

1. Training

2. Responsible for fellow employees

3. Support a team atmosphere that promotes and supports the restaurant.

4. Help oversee all aspects of the restaurant, front of the house as well as back of the house.

5. Assist in Coaching and Training team members.

6. Promote Customer Service

7. Customer focus, building trust, communication and motivation.

8. P&L and Inventory
