Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Omaha

Gavilon has an opening for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.  This position will support the compensation, 401(k), and pension functions.

 

Compensation Duties

  • Salary survey submission and management of results.  Includes international and domestic participation.
  • Provide market analysis for jobs.  Assist in managing market, total compensation structure.
  • Administer job documentation, analysis, and evaluation.  Will administer the job code tracking/updating process in HRIS.
  • Provide data and administer the merit/incentive annual increase process.
  • Monitor accruals for several incentive programs.
  • Track deferred compensation, run interest calculations and provide reporting.
  • Compensation reporting of all types, including spend, market analysis, etc.
  • Communications to employees regarding increases, plan balances, etc.
  • Track, monitor and distribute incentive plan documents.

 

Benefits Duties

  • Manage day to day administration of 401(k) and pension plans.
  • Demographic and financial data analysis across 401(k) and pension plans.
  • Compliance monitoring—communications/reporting/tracking.
  • Work with TPA on communications (Legal and to employees).
 Requirements

Qualifications

  • 4-6 Years experience in compensation and/or benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related.
  • Currently has or actively seeking CCP/CBP certification.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Highly efficient in excel.  Must be able to use PowerPoint and word (with merge experience).
  • High energy individual that is flexible and willing to learn.
