 RequirementsEducation/Experience:

·  A+ Certification or equivalent experience

·  At least 2 years of professional experience working with PC’s, including troubleshooting and repairs

Hardware/Software requirements:

·  Printer installation and support

·  Microsoft Office

·  Microsoft Windows

Basic networking including:

·  TCP/IP

·  wireless router configuration

·  network cabling

·  Active Directory client configuration

Soft Skills:

·  Applicant must be organized and able to keep track of inventory

·  Good customer service skills a must

·  Communicates well

·  Work as part of a team
