Gavilon has an opening for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. This position will support the compensation, 401(k), and pension functions.
Compensation Duties
- Salary survey submission and management of results. Includes international and domestic participation.
- Provide market analysis for jobs. Assist in managing market, total compensation structure.
- Administer job documentation, analysis, and evaluation. Will administer the job code tracking/updating process in HRIS.
- Provide data and administer the merit/incentive annual increase process.
- Monitor accruals for several incentive programs.
- Track deferred compensation, run interest calculations and provide reporting.
- Compensation reporting of all types, including spend, market analysis, etc.
- Communications to employees regarding increases, plan balances, etc.
- Track, monitor and distribute incentive plan documents.
Benefits Duties
- Manage day to day administration of 401(k) and pension plans.
- Demographic and financial data analysis across 401(k) and pension plans.
- Compliance monitoring—communications/reporting/tracking.
- Work with TPA on communications (Legal and to employees).
Qualifications
- 4-6 Years experience in compensation and/or benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in related.
- Currently has or actively seeking CCP/CBP certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Highly efficient in excel. Must be able to use PowerPoint and word (with merge experience).
- High energy individual that is flexible and willing to learn.
