General Manager 3 - Food at Hastings

Sodexo Campus Services is currently seeking a rising star to serve as a GM 3 at our partner account in Hastings, Nebraska . This position will oversee all culinary operations with an annual managed volume of approximately $1.3 million and be responsible for one Chef and 30 frontline employees. Strong financial acumen and ability to engage both the community and the client is a must. The campus is looking for a visionary who has solid plans for growth and innovation. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The Hastings College campus is situated on 109 beautifully landscaped acres. Within that space sit 40 buildings, spanning from the traditional McCormick Hall to the Osborne Family Sports Complex / Fleharty Educational Center and the Bronco Village student apartments. An outdoor track complex was completed in 2007, and The Morrison-Reeves Science Center, a state-of-the-art student learning facility, opened for classes in fall 2009. Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
