Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Prepares annual, quarterly, or monthly financial and operational reports and assists with the evaluation of business results. 
• Performs financial analysis on budgets, forecasting, operating results, and business plans. 
• Prepares and distributes basic financial reports.

Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis requests for Senior Management

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements Needed:

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of financial analysis experience. 5+ years experience for senior level.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and methodologies. 
• Strong organization and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well individually and within a team.
• Ability to use a personal computer with proficient skills in business applications such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes and excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Global experience is helpful.
• Previous experience with software industry.
• Previous experience with Oracle Applications preferred.
