The Professional Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and retaining a quality dental provider network to provide services at discounted rates to customers and partners.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for maintenance of our PPO dental network
-Credentialing new providers and recredentialing existing providers
-Processing applications for providers wanting to join our network
-Processing all updates to existing PPO network (address changes, tin # changes, terminations, etc)
-Customer service calls (primarily will be talking with dentists and their office managers)
-Complaint resolution
- Partnering with large nationwide dental corporations
Job Requirements
-Bachelors degree preferred, but not required. -Project management skills. -Excellent customer service and human relations background required.-Knowledge of panel leasing or panel sharing contracts is a plus. -Must have knowledge of PC and software including Word and Excel.-High degree of problem solving.-Open to changes and a fast paced environment. -Computer and phone experience -Great attendance -Good oral and written communication skills -Detail oriented -Must work well in a fast paced environment that changes oftenCountry: USA, State: Nebraska, City: Lincoln, Company: Kelly Services.
