JOB SUMMARY: Provides broad-based administrative support for branch business development efforts. Maintains various databases, office records, calendars and itineraries. Produces, verifies, and analyzes reports for distribution. Carries out direct sales program for branch. Answers questions about the company’s services.

1. Provides broad-based administrative support for branch business development efforts, including maintaining databases, office records, calendars and travel itineraries.
2. Maintains, tracks and verifies information from branch office for administrative purposes and
to use in direct mail campaigns.
3. Administers the branch’s direct mail campaign; prints direct mail materials, prepares mailing lists, stuffs envelopes, and mails materials to prospects.
4. Calls prospective sales leads and researches potential leads and makes phone contacts.
5. Maintains and tracks branch database information.
6. Tracks, reports and assists with any branch business development information as needed.
7. Provides administrative assistance in the business development cycle through verification of references, proposal preparation, preparation of presentation materials, and prospect research.
8. May provide additional administrative support to the branch office as required.
9. Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D., and experience in a sales or marketing career environment.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
- Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages and simple reconciliation.
- Ability to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.
- Skill in clear and concise oral and written communication.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to be an effective team member and handle project assignments responsibly.
- Courteous telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
