ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER

$60,000 - $75,000

Continental Carbonic is a growing Liquid CO2/Dry Ice manufacturing and distribution facility located in Beatrice, Nebraska seeks a leader with strong people and managerial skills to assist in overseeing an entire range of plant functions including manufacturing, employee relations, scheduling, logistics, maintenance, engineering, quality, safety and customer service.

The successful candidate must have the desire and ability to improve operations, optimize production, meet tight deadlines, satisfy customers and effectively manage staff and costs.

We offer an attractive compensation package in the range of $60,000 to $75,000, plus a significant incentive management bonus, Gain Share bonus potential, paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), Group Insurance including Blue Cross & Blue Shield health plans, Dental, Vision and Life, AFLAC, Wellness Benefit, Tuition Reimbursement, as well as the opportunity for advancement. Job Requirements

In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, engineering preferred – or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ year’s successful progressive experience in manufacturing management and leadership.

In addition, qualified candidates should possess:

• Commitment to Environmental Health & Safety
• Proven effective problem solver
• Background in fast paced 24/7 process manufacturing environment.
• Effective communicator able to provide positive employee relations
