Job Description
This position is responsible for the fulfilling, coordinating and scheduling of the daily and monthly workflows associated with contractual obligations of the Data Axle.Essential Job Functions:
1. Create, schedule and coordinate Data Axle subscriptions.
2. Maintain a schedule of all contractual Data Axle subscriptions and contracts.
3. Provide recommendations for the best way to setup organizations, run counts and create subscriptions in the Data Axle.
4. Understand data differences between the Data Axle and legacy systems.
5. Follow and implement the Large Volume Order (LVO) process.
6. Review counts and subscriptions for quality and accuracy. Perform quality assurance checks throughout projects including but not limited to selecting filters, picking attributes, processing final outputs and transferring files to the Electronic File Transfer (EFT) mailbox.
7. Troubleshoot issues with the Data Axle including but not limited to counts and subscriptions.
8. Monitor job progress to assure on-time delivery.
9. Compile reports concerning progress and downtime.
10. Create issue tickets for bugs and enhancements in the Data Axle project management tool.
11. Handle and resolve customer data questions.
12. Provide total quality customer service.
13. Maintain high quality standards.
14. Assist in day-to-day department operations.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:1. Ability to act as liaison between many divisions.
2. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company in an articulate, professional manner, while maintaining a necessary degree of confidentiality.
3. Must be detail oriented and able to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
4. Ability to anticipate and react quickly in a dynamic business environment.
5. Knowledge of quality control practices and policies.
6. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
7. Working knowledge of Excel, Word and SharePoint.
8. Possesses good attention to detail and excellent follow through skills.
9. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. 6 to 12 months previous related experience is required.
3. Previous customer service, quality assurance or sales experience is preferred.
4. Associate degree is preferred.
