Job Requirements
Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ ICD-9/ insurance background required.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills necessary.
- Must be able to multi task, and function as a member of the team.
