As a Project Manager (PM), you will coordinate various research and marketing projects and develope activites for the global clients. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing and improving the production and efficiency of the team. They will review and develop process guides, be involved in the day-to-day tasks & operations and be a first level of support for all escalations. The PM will also be responsible for maintaining multiple spreadsheets and databases, providing customized analysis and reporting of the data, and acting as a liaison between the customers and suppliers of information. This is an extremely fast paced metrics-managed environment and your success will be primarily measured by the overall performance of the team against specified metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the day to day execution of research and creative strategy setforth by Leadership and Research Consultants.
  • Managing the details of all employment branding projects focusing primarily on culture research, but also assisting with creative development and execution, career website development, and recruitment marketing plans.
  • Creating project plans and coordinating resources for organizational culture research and branding/creative projects.
  • Working closely with in-house and external teams, communicating feedback and ensuring work gets done on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Proofing and trafficking creative.
  • Helping develop, execute and monitor recruitment marketing plans.
  • Coordinating with client to ensure completion of research checklist.
  • Setting up interviews and focus groups for culture research.
  • Monitoring client contracts in order to ensure clients are receiving the services as stated in the contract; answering inquiries on the client invoices.
  • Assisting and following up with accounting to ensure accurate client invoices.
  • Updating team pipeline of projects.
  • Coordinating internal team meetings and running client status calls.
  • Offering operational guidance and monitoring the progress of client projects.
  • Ultimately, supporting Leadership, Account Managers, and Research Consultants.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet client deliverables.

    Required
    • At least 2 years experience in a project management role
    • At least 3 years experience in working with a variety of computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced, higly detailed work environment
    • Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
    • English: Fluent


    Preferred
    • Bachelors Degree
    • At least 4 years experience in a project management role
    • At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, higly detailed work environment
