JOB SUMMARY
Serves as the liaison between the National Training team and Market Based Organization Assets. Plans and coordinates all logistical needs for training. Supervises Credentialed Trainer Team and Learning Administrators. Provides day to day training administration and logistics support for the delivery of Epic training. Accountable for the identification and implementation of effective and accurate methods of record keeping systems including, but not limited to, attendance tracking, record keeping of training and development events and curriculum. Coordinates and maintains the Epic training program including classroom coordination, and compliance management. Work also includes general clerical and administrative support functions such as; scheduling multiple calendars, arranging conference calls, taking/distributing meeting minutes, editing, preparing, and assembling reports and materials.

Coordinates multiple calendars; arranges/rearranges based on continuously changing priorities.
- Schedules meetings and sets up conference calls.
- Resolves meeting conflicts.
Prepares needed materials for Epic training sessions; arranges logistics support and ensures classroom readiness.
Support Trainers by typing, assembling and delivering training materials to classrooms.
Works closely with logistics staff to ensure the classroom readiness (e.g. technology, equipment)
Performs general clerical and administrative functions in support of the Epic training program.
- Edits, prepares, prints and assembles training materials.
- Assembles/distributes reports.
- Answers and transfers phone calls; responds to general questions, as able.
- Sets up and maintaining filing systems; retrieves files as required.
- Records and distributes minutes, as required.
Performs related duties as required.

Job Requirements
Education/Work Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree required. Preferred field of study: Human Resource Management or Education. Five years or more of related work experience required. Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work proactively and, use strong time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to use effective listening and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to use office equipment and automated systems at an acceptable level of proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint) at an acceptable level of proficiency. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position. Uses critical thinking skills and sound judgment to identify best practices for assigned function. Interpersonal skills to include ability to work in a tactful, diplomatic manner with internal and external customers and maintain effective working relationships.
