Lead Room Attendant (Lead Housekeeper) at Omaha

Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Include but not limited to:)

Provides exceptional customer service

Completely cleans studio suites within allotted timeframe

Checks all items are in good condition and clean, e.g. bedspreads, blankets and mattress protectors.

To ensure that the rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities, i.e. kitchen items, linen, information leaflets, etc by replenishing these daily or as required by guest.

To check all furnishings in guest rooms for stains or damage

Ensure corridors and service areas are clean at all times

Assist other members of the department in keeping the guest accommodation clean.

Empty vacuums and report any maintenance required

Other tasks as assigned by Resort manager, Assistant Resort Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Prepper

Perform other duties as reasonably requested within your skill and capacity as directed by your manager

Job Requirements

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests

Familiar with hotel cleaning and standards

Eye for detail, accurate and thorough cleaning skills

Ability to multi-task
