Senior Enterprise IT Security Analyst at Omaha

In this role you will proactively monitor, analyze, and correct the Information Technology (IT) security incidents occurring within the Company infrastructure using a variety of knowledge (e.g., Internet/Intranet security, software development, network architecture, protocols, firewalls, intrusion methods and tools, systems, products, access, etc.) while adhering to Corporate and departmental standards and guidelines and in a timely and accurate manner; respond to escalated internal and external security infringements and quickly react to information security threats, such as computer viruses, hackers, analyze security of applications prior to release, ensuring applications meet defined goals; coordinate a variety of special projects, as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
* Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related filed required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience with information systems security or related field required
* Minimum 5 years preferred

Technical
* Based on area of responsibility and departmental need, knowledge of:
* One year system platform (Tandem, Windows, UNIX, TCP/IP, or Web) or Internet Protocol (TCP, UDP) experience is required
* One year standard programming language experience is preferred (e.g. SQL, Visual Basics, C++, HTML, PERL, etc.)

Other
* Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access required
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred
* Certified Information Security Manager preferred
