Job Classification: Contract Aerotek has a fantastic job opportunity for people with one of Lincolns top employers in Lincoln, NE. We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry on the administrative side. This CSR will work on setting up accounts after sales group lands the business. This team is responsible for implementing and administering new partnering arrangements as well as being as being responsible for serving the policy holders in a variety of ways after the account has been created. The CSR is given a specific checklist to assure that all steps are taken in initiating an account. Job Duties:-You will be assigned to a specific account(s) and are responsible for responding to e-mails and phone calls that may come in for that account. -This group is very deadline based and are required to complete projects within 10 days of starting them-CSRs manage between 20-30 projects at a time and need to be able to prioritize what is more time sensitive and what can wait-Great deal of time spent on the computer; Phone work will pick up after several months of training but must feel very comfortable with both phone and computer skillsQualifications:-Bachelors Degree highly preferred-Customer Service experience-Multitasking skills-Strong oral and written communication-Strong Problem Solving Skills To be considered for this job opportunity please apply to this job positing with an updated resume and contact information and/or contract Jamie Huygens at 402-997-7674.
