We are looking for a confident and self-motivated leader who can supervise 12 team members and participate in operational activities as needed.

Primary responsibilities:

Business analysis functions
Employee development
Technical project management
Client relationships with internal and external customers

This position is also responsible for:

Supervising activities involved in quality resolution of issues making sure assigned staff effectively tracks all technical problems and client complaints to quality resolution

Supporting assigned clients by analyzing requirements and thoroughly understanding application functionality and purpose for a smooth transition into the normal implementation process.

Personal characteristics:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
* Bachelors degree in business, computer science, MIS, or a related field is required Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Experience
* Minimum 4 years progressively responsible experience in business providing technical client support required.
* Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience required

Other
* Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio required
